At present, most of the alumina granulation powder use the spray granulation. That is, adding dispersant and binder to prepare a slurry with a certain solid content, spraying the slurry into the tower with a sprayer for atomization, and dispersing through the atomizer. The process of obtaining microspherical solid particles by direct contact between hot air and mist droplets. The particles formed by dry spray agglomeration are called false particles or secondary particles, namely granulated powder. These spherical particles can greatly improve the fluidity of the powder, increase the filling density of the mold, and thus improve the sintering performance.
