ADDITIVE YOUR FUTURE

Introduction
Additive manufacturing methods have recently been shown to produce ceramics products with mechanical properties comparable to those produced using other methods such as machining. The applications make use of the freedom offered to shape the products and dental prostheses printed to match exactly the required shapes. Zirconium-based ceramics are already widely used for that purpose due to their excellent biocompatibility. 3D printing is a relatively slow manufacturing process., therefore, more suitable for low-volume manufacturing.
Focus on DLP ( Digital Light Processing )
Why we focus on DLP? Digital Light Processing is overall very similar to Stereolithography. However, there are still subtle differences. The DLP has some advantages as below:
First - Fast
The biggest difference between DLP and SLA is that whereas DLP uses a UV projector, SLA instead uses a UV laser to cure the slurry. When SLA printing, the part is still pulled put of the slurry layer by layer, but using DLP projector screen which illuminates the full building platform is much fast than SLA laser spot. This means that DLP is Faster in most case.
Second - Complex Shape
DLP could overcome extremely intricate and difficult geometries designs, carried out complex shape and more accurate that FDM or SLS/ SLA.
Third - Efficiency
We applies top-down configuration to print and only have less running costs than SLA. We also design the recycle way to keep slurry continuously used. That really help us get more benefit on cost.
