Features

Zirconium Oxychloride (ZOC) is produced from zircon sand. It is the starting point for the manufacture of all other zirconium chemicals or zirconium dioxides and can also be used directly in applications like TiO2 pigment coating. It is white or slightly yellow crystal. Soluble in water, methanol, ethanol and ether. Not soluble in other organic solvent.

Applications

Zirconium oxychloride is used in textiles, leather, rubber, metal surface (as a treating agent, coating frying agent), pigments and as a water-proof agent.
